More Crafting FunFollow

Got a couple of questions for you guys. First, does anyone know if there is a comprehensive list of craftable items and the artisan class that can make them? Next question is one I've posed before, but have yet to find anything about. On the upper left of the crafting window where the icon of your finished product is, there is a number, all I've seen so far is the number 2. I have not found what relevance that number has anywhere. Just wondering if anyone else has had any luck with finding that out.
