Is there a limit to how many players can be grouped together? If so, what stat effects how many you can lead?
The maximum amount of players that can be grped together is 6!

Nope, 6 people max per group. More than one group can band together to form a raid.
I forget the max number of groups in a raid, I think its like 3 or 4? That as well might be 6.
