Something I also noticed last night, was that although you can harvest, mine, etc.. while on a horse, you don't seem to find any "?" collection points. I ran around for a good 45 minutes without finding one. As soon as I dismounted to fight a couple things, I found 2 almost immediately.
Anyone know if it is it a fact that you cant "collect" while on a horse, or was that just plain coincidence?

Must have just been a run of bad luck for you. I found 8-10 "?"s last night while finishing up a few quests in commonlands.
Regardless of whether mounted or not, you should still have been able to see the collection points. So, that leads me to belive that you were just having a bad night for collecting. :)
Ahh o.k. Bad luck it is. After a horrible day at work, getting stuck in traffic,& having my winter vehicle window smashed out, I suppose that not finding "?" points was the least of my bad luck.
