My questionshould be easy to answer - who d oI talk to about creating a guild?
I heard it is an NPC in freeport observer in east freeport - but on lucan dlere server the npc is GONE ! And I heard he has been missing fr quite a while...
Am I talking about the same fella?

I dont know about Freeport myself. My friends and I from EQ1 created a guild in Qeynos though.
There should be one NPC in either city you go to. You must have 6 people fully grouped before you start. Plus you need money. I think the price out there is rumoring to be 60SP but I think we paid more along the lines of 80SP. (no idea why, I was hoping for a discount. lol)
The person who hails the NPC, types in the name of the guild, and hands over the monmey will be the Guild Leader. Make sure you know who you want to be GL so they can do these actions.
Once the money is handed over the guild is formed. But only the GL will be in the guild. You will have to invite everyone from the group in, and then anyone else hanging around waiting for an invite.
There are 3 types of members for guild; the first is initiate, then member, then officer. You have to promote each person to get them to where you want them to be status wise.
Lastly, there is a box in the bottom of the guild area, where you can choose Patrons. You just highlight the name of a person, click the box and a box will pop up asking if you are sure you want them to be a ppatron. Just hit yes if youre sure, and from then on all writs they do for the guild will have the XP sent to the guild instead of them.
