I am gonnabe a scout and I really wanna be able to ride the horse. Looks really cool.

If you buy one of those expensive stable horses (or guild prestige types) sure, everyone can ride one :) You won't get one for your class however, like Paladins and SKs. And I doubt your pathfinding will stack with it...but reguardless, you can ride horses if you buy one :)
EDIT - I should of said Pathfinding wont stack with it :)

I'll bet the 2 p ones are extremely slow. And not worth the money. just a guess.

what a bummer. Well well see how rich I get lol
I dunno.. I've seen someone who's main was a lvl 11 summoner and she made 75 gold just from crafting spells. Guess it wouldn't take TOO long to make enough for a horse. But it would be a lot of work.
