Housing ProblemFollow

I am trying to get a Inn room at the Lion's Mane Inn in SQ. I want to get the 6g,40s,21333SP room. I have more than enough coin and 27400SP. I belong to a guild that is level 2. I go to buy the house and the buy button is greyed out. I manually gave up my room in Greystone and went back to check to make sure I didn't own it anymore. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Supposedly you must be in a guild that is level 10 or higher to take advantage of the status point break in the room you want to buy. There has been quite the discussion going on in the main boards about this exact thing. At any rate, you can always buy the one that just requires coin, but to buy the one that's coin and status, you have to be in a level 10+ guild.
