Advanced Scholor Scrolls... Scribe them?Follow

What happens when you scribe an advanced scholor scroll? Will it turn into a spell for you or will you need to find ingredients or something? I see the scrolls and the list of spells and some i can use but not sure. and it looks like some of the spell titles are cut short. Also are they for adept three always or could they make a spell i already have?
