Phyn's Hunting Hawk is the lvl20 "fun spell" for Rangers - it summons a pet hawk. I know you have to buy the "fun spells." Problem is, I can't find it. I checked all three scribes in Qeynos Harbor, and the scribes in Willow Wood, Nettleville, Baubbleshire, Elddar Grove, and Greystone Yard. None of them had it for sale. If anyone has any information on where I might be able to purchase this, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Well this answers my question I was going to ask was do I HAVE to purchase this or is it rewarded at level 21 like it says in some guide I read...

But I do know where you can buy it... in Eldaar Grove.. There's a dwarf.. actually three of em standing in a circle near this lil corner of the wall, close to the NQ gate... The littlest one standing on the wall sells it I believe, and each additional npc sells higher end stuff. I don't know his name but if you go to Eldaar Grove and find that little area.. boom.. one thing that may help is it appears to be a hole in the wall... best I can do for you but at least now you know the general area to look. I used to always pass them running from NQ to Elddar Grove before I realized the shipping option.. lol. enjoy.

PS - It's expensive.
