How is this done? I am a level 17 Crusader with 55% EXP. So I neeeeeed to do it now! Please help! Thanks in advance.
....hmmm. You can cut off *COMBAT*, but quest exp will still be added. Until you find your answers I wouldn't go running around and stumbling across new monuments and such.

The NPC you need to talk to is listed in the manual, go talk to them.
I'll be typing up a guide for this whole quest tomorrow on here as a post. For now go find a NPC male in Qeynos Harbor, he's on a second or third floor in a house there.
After that go to Vermin's Snye to find the next NPC. Fight the two first guards by using ranged or spell to get them to you. After that fight another guard up the steps.
Next you end up on a beach, and run all the way to Freeport Commonlands from Antonica. Yes this can take about over an hour if you die a lot. Use the world map for a reference on which direction you should be heading.
Matthias Siegemaker is near the gryphon station at the valley choice. Kill 500 unnamed Orcs in the Ruins. Go to Sprawl from commonlands, stick right, you will find ruins. In there are your 500 super easy orcs.
The 5 named orcs all require a group of about 3 people with you. They can be found in my post here called 5 named Orcs, please help.
After that is done, find a message runner, usually near crossroads, but shout around for people who are next to him. Kill him no matter what, don't let him go. Then you will be where I am to find another NPC whose name escapes me at the moment.
Later I will add a much more detailed guide, hope that helps. Good luck. =)

You must start the betray quest before 18.
....And you don't need to turn off your combat xp if you begin the quest at level 17.
First off, I have a 17 betrayer out there who is, at this moment, waiting for a named mob.
Second, she is 17 with 145 % percent to the next level. While on the quest, if you do reach the required xp for level 18, you will continue to collect xp until you finish the quest. However, you will not "ding" 18 while fighting a named mob or killing those 500 some orcs.
I am unsure of exactly how much more xp I can gather before they makers of the game say, "No. Sorry. No more for you". I will try to keep you posted.
On another note, there is a post for the quests,web-links, how, who and what-not a few pages ahead on the forum. It's a wonderful link to look read and reread while you wait and wait and wait.
