Is there a bazaar ferature in this game, I cant figure out how it works
You have to purchase a Market Board (usually found at typical Merchants around 68cp or so) and place it in your home/apartment. Then while logged in, you set your prices using your board (becomes your store) and leave your character logged in. Your items are sold through people visiting or through brokers.

Yes, there is a bazaar, it's called "Bulletin Board"
You can purchase a bulletin board and place it in your room. After placing it, double click on it will give you some features to sell your own items or browse the market to see what the other players are selling. But there's a downside to this system, you must remain in your room and online to sell your items to other ppl. Yes, you cannot go adventuring if you want to sell your stuff. :( There's no auction house and other players will have to either travel to your room to buy directly from you, or they'll have to buy your items from the brokers. (For an additional fee)
