Great spear of the hunt.Follow

While killing giants in TS I saw a character dont remember what race class or alignment but they had a great spear of the hunt. I asked them where they got it but they did not reply I was wondering if any one else ahs seen this dual wield high dmg spear and knows where to get it I cant find it any where. PLZ PLZ HELP
