Computer freezingFollow

Hey! I just bought EverQuest 2 and i was wondering if this happens to you guys... Every time i log on everquest 2 My computer freezes at random times... Like out of no where when im on my lvl 1 quest -_-... it freezes. I got 1 Gig of ram and all the nessesary things i need to run it... except the pixel shader and vertex shader... Does that have anything to do with it? thanks. its a brand new Hp computer...
