I just got out of the refuge island, and explored freeport. It is cool that you can buy a home, but I have a couple questions.

1.Is there any benefit to having a home? Other than being kinda cool, is it useful anyway? I mean you can camp anywhere. Can you store items in your house instead of the bank? I guess I don't get it. Can someone explain this please.

2. Why do you have to pay an upkeep fee for a house? I understand for an apartment, but for what you have to pay for a house you would think there wouldn't be any upkeep charge.

Houses can be used to buy/sell things. You have to buy a bulletin board and place it in your room.

Then you can use it as a tool to buy/sell. You can also keep pets here, invite people in, decorate it, ... (not sure if there is the ability to use it as a storage room for loot, unlike other games, haven't found anything for such a storage)

As for the house upkeep fee, I guess someone has to be payed for keeping things clean! :)

You can, it's named "search market for merchandise" or something like this. How to sell when not staying in the room is what I'd like to know Smiley: wink

Browse market only lets you look up prices to help you determine what the current market value of certain items is.
