Somebody help me please!!!

I've created a newbie on my account, done the usual things, killed off the traitors and got my freeport gear. However, my quest journal says "I need to speak with Overseer down by the docks". When I go to her she tells me "Begone". I'm in my home city, I've done the citizenship quest and this is my last step?

What's going on? I reported it as a bug ....

I had this problem too with the last character I gained citizenship with. In Freeport to be exact. Never had the problem with my Qeynos characters. Strange this is, after a day it disappeared from my journal. I'm guessing it's an odd bug, one that either disappears over time, or disappears after you level some. Either way, as long as you have your citizenship it shouldn't hurt anything :)
