Shared bank slotsFollow

Is it just me or is everyone having problems with the bank shared slots. I've tried 3 different characters in the same server, same race, same starting town..everything and still none of them are sharing. What might I be doing wrong?

Same account and, some items are not shareable and will bounce back to the slot you picked them from. This is true for some bags too. It's easy to overlook that. If I am not mistaken, coinage is not shareable.
