I've looked through the quest database on this site and I haven't had much luck finding information on two things.
I had an account on EQ for years which I closed about 6 months ago. I know that there is now an option where you can use your ancestor to get a title like "of Tunare" but I'm not sure how that works.
Also, where do you get the mastery quests? I have the gnoll hunter title but I know I have to complete some form of quest with other items (gnoll eye, etc). Any help?

The mastery quests are scatterred about the lands. The gnollslayer one is in gnollslayer keep, in a box. Although it may be broken at the moment, as my girlfriend was unable to click on the box to get the quest, even though I'd done it without a problem a couple of days earlier.
There's another one (skellies or zombies, I forget which) in Stormhold somewhere. There used to be a link on the patch screen called Mastery quests - spoilers or some such that went to a list of the mastery quests. Don't know if it's still there.

the heritage titles were a benefit from buying the preorder.

Its not broken, you just need to be a certain level to get it (I think I was 16, don't quote me on that) for the orc mastery one.
