Am I right in thinking we are granted the right to create a last name for our chars at lvl 20? If I am, how do we do so?
Yes, at level 20 you can give yourself a lastnight. Just type /lastname <name here> and shazaam, you have a brand spankin new surname :) Just be sure it's right before you submit, as there is no confirmation button.
