Clerics and Medium ArmorFollow

I'm a lvl 14 Cleric and I still don't have the Medium Armor skill. (Please don't get that confused with the Medium Armoring skill which is related to tradeskills)

According to documentation in the manual with the game clerics are supposed to be able to wear medium armor and eventually plate.

Does anyone know at what level a cleric gets the medium armor skill so that I can wear the medium armor I've obtained through quest and drops?

I believe that comes at lvl 20.

According to SOE's Site, Clerics only have access to Light armor until lvl 20 when they can wear Heavy.

They had Medium armor in the Beta I beleive, but they changed it. Weird I think, Clerics can wear at least medium armor in any game.
