Anyone found the recepies or where to buy Apprentice II, Apprentice III or Adept 'Fighting Chance', 'Lucky Break', 'Divine Providence' or 'Arcane Augur'? I'm curious to know if they even do exist as I've had no luck finding them at all.
First off what level are they?
If it is above lvl 20 and a "Rune" then most likely a Jeweler can make it. If its a Scroll then find a Sage. If its below 20 then most likely its a Scholar that can make it. There are some essence that I cannot confirm but I believe the Alchemists make those. This may help a bit if not start talking to any "trainer" NPC and hope they have what you're looking for but prolly get it cheaper from an Artisan type.

I've had 0 luck finding any of the HO trigger upgrades in either Adept or any of the App forms for either my Predator or my SK. I've been told they don't exist but I don't know.
I don't think Fighting Chance exists. Not sure about the other ones. This question was brought up in the main forums at SOE:

Would it really help that much? I mean it just doesn't seem like something I would want to make even if I could.

Well if HO starter abilities can be upgraded they might provide more HOs or more powerful versions of your current HO set.

Yeah but why then label it App1 and not just leave it blank or have Master written in like Gnoll master rage.
