Ever not get a quest item from completion?Follow

I was wondering which of you have also had this problem that I had today.

I finished the 'A Tour of the Commonlands' quest and went to do the turn in to get the backpack. I cleared one of my bag slots so i'd have room for it and talked to the NPC for it, So the quest completion announcment appeared and I opened my inventory to see my new backpack.

To my surprise I did not see a back pack in my empty slot. I thought about this for while and skimmed through my whole inventory and bank and finally decided to do file a bug report.

*report sent yadda yadda - so I went back to playing.

about an hour later I completed the orc warrior earring quest and went to do the turn in for that also, and to my surprise I did not receive any reward again.

So thats 2 bug reports that I've filed today and I was wondering if anyone else had problems like this, and how long did it take them to get their items (if they did at all), and I was wondering if I should stop playing for now and just wait.. .

Yep, what he/she ^^ said. Gotta "upgrade" your character first. My husband had the same problem
