Anyone have any info regarding the Ranger Quest Armor (20+)?

I looked over the subject heading here in the General Forum and didn't see anything.

I'm in the same boat you guys are in so I did some checking. Currently the only thing I've been able to find is the name of the NPC whom you should talk to. Ian Cathlan, in Qeynos docks seems to be the NPC who gives out the quests to all Heavy and Medium armor wearing classes, with the exception of Mystic.

I hope this helps, I will be doing it pretty soon myself :) If that info is incorrect please post the correct version!
