Add Quest: Once upon a fallen starFollow

Another quest i've found which isn't mentioned on any sites, so another contribution:

This quest is extremely hard and i've still not quite finished it yet, but here is the full details i've got so far.

I was killing some cents with a group last week and a jagged metal cluster dropped (lore no-trade no value) which spawned the quest:

1) Kill many undead to find a suitable handle (I killed at least 50 before I finally got it)

2) examine the metal cluster

3) Find a rare metal in the craters in thundering steppes, the correct crater is near the Tomb of Varsoon, theres a miner in the crater and the ore is next to him.

4) examine the metal cluster

5) The weapon is nearly complete, I just need some metal chain to support this kind of weapon. (Seems to be some form of mace//flail)

I should find some chain links from the giants in thundering steppes
