Holy-Hide Boot Quest :: Free Realms

I found a pair of holy-hide boots fighting tortured souls in commonland. examining them lead to a quest to repair the boots by collecting elephant skin. Examininh them again leads to collecting cords from dervish cutthroats. Well I've killed about 50 cutthroats and no cords have dropped. Also, usually when you collect itmes from a mob for a quest you get a journal update everytime saying if you found an item or not. Its not even saying I didn't find any quest itmes. Is this quest broken or did they type in the wrong name of the mobs you are supposed to kill. Has anyone completed this?

I know so far NPCs, when referring to any of the Dervish brand mobs, just call them cutthroats, try killing others, such as the Go Between or Runner, whatever he is.

Try killing dervs in other areas around commonlands or something. I'm gonna have to check that quest out... Did you get that from the ones around Zarvonns Tower?

Yes, the ones outside Zarvonn's tower.

I've killed about 5 of the derv runners and a few of the named ones. Only dervs I haven't found yet are the thugs. Anyone know where they are?
