Just wondered how they were. I can't wait to get to a Paladin so I can participate in them. I haven't really seen any posts here on them. Let me know how they are.

Yes I have done the Jealous Avatar Raid. This is a Raid that is given to you by the merchant that gives out guild tags. Your guild needs to be level 5 to get it. The raid is a level 17-19 double group encounter. There is an instance west of Gnoll slayer keep called The Shattered Vale. You can only zone in with 12 people (we had 14 and tried but would only level 12 in) You need a min of 6 people. The encounters there are group x2. There are 2 Gnolls that guard the entrance pretty easy fight. To the left there are 3 snakes. The named one being ^^^, on the right side is a group of badgers same set up as the snakes. In a druid ring type thing there are a group of Gnolls these were yellow to me at level 17. The named is ^^ there are 3 ^ protectors and 2 no arrow curates. To be honest this Gnoll fight is actually easier than the snakes or badges if you plan it out and do it well. We went in with 11 people ranging from 15 - 20 (Most of them 15) And had no problem with the zone. Was a lot of fun as well.

I'll suggest bringing 3 tanks. That is what we did and it worked out well. The badgers and snakes are have MT take the named and all assist him. Other 2 tanks take the adds. It will be a long fight but not hard.

For the Group of Gnolls have MT take named and the other tanks take the curates to cut down on the healing. The protectors can be mezzed or just have MT hold agro on them should not be hard for a good tank. They can be cleaned up very easy after the named and Curates are killed. While slow because of heals this fight is really easy. I'm guessing maybe it is slightly over conned. Not to mention since they are gnolls most people in Qeynos will have taken Gnolls as there enemy in there level 10 trait (I think it is 10) so you should all have your handy little Gnoll killing skills which makes it very easy.

We had the most trouble with the snakes because we didn't plan before attacking. even then We were never really in trouble so over all not a hard place. Now for a raid of all 15s I could see this being very hard to do.

A group of my guild mates did this at 25 everything was grey to them. At 17 I was not impressed with the drops though nothing for a tank dropped. The gear is rated between 15 and 20 I think. Depending on how you level you might find an upgrade up to level 22 or 23 (assuming the encounter is not grey at 23) At level 17 Every thing was blue to me except the main named group which was yellow.

I'd say your best bet is level 15-20 range and it should be fun for everyone. We had fun though it was not hard and not what you would call Epic. Oh one more thing I don't know if it a bug or what. Only the person that zones in first gets credit in their quest log for the quest. You only need one person to have the quest to get in as well. Oh and you can only go in the instance once every 6 days. We did this on monday and we are planning to do again on monday to start clearing out others with the quest in their log though I think the drops will be trivial if we get them at all by then.
