UI Windows dissapearingFollow

Looking for some help in getting back one of my UI windows...

I was in trader mode when the servers were brought down for a patch. When I returned to the game, I was in windows mode, which normally I would return to full screen mode by going to the options window/display, and hitting the full screen button, however, the options window is fully opaic on me. I used Alt + Enter to return to full screen. However, this didn't resolve the issue of not being able to see my options menu window.

I know it comes up as I can see the pop-up deffinition boxes when I move my cursur around the screen, however I can't right click on it anywhere to bring up the window setting menu that would allow me to reset the opacity settings.

Other than deleting my UI file on the harddrive and spending 15-30 mins to reset all of my settings, any ideas via keyboard commands that will allow me to access the settings window on the options window so I can reset it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
