Do people actually RP more?
And could you get someone kicked out of the server for not RPing. I think they should. It just struck me as odd that those servers are so full. There is no way all these people are RPers:)

Most of them aren't. I try to RP, a lot of times ...eh, get a response of silence or "huh??" Even those who do RP do it very casually for the most part.

Antonia Bayle seems to have a pretty good amount of RP. Sure, there are still a lot of people there who don't, and who laugh at you for trying, but as a general rule, you get a pretty good response when you try to RP.
Many people choose RP servers because they know that they will be more popular, and because the RP community tends to enforce "mature" gameplay more often. :)

There are no RP servers.
Antonia Bayle & Lucan DLere are RP-Preferred servers, which means people who want to RP should play here and people who don't should play elsewhere, but that really doesn't work out that way and it's a damn shame.
I do applaud SOE for trying though.
