20+ level armour quests for castersFollow

Hi there.

Im hoping someone can help me out. Just reached lv21 illusionist and I still cant find the relevent NPC to speak to to start my new armour quests. I see people runnig about in what looks like a new robe.

Can anyone give me some info on how to start the ball rolling on this one? Ive searched the mage tower in SQ with no luck.

I know that for other classes theres a guy in QHarbour...but he's no help to me.

Any ideas?
