Fun based spells at 20?Follow

I have hear that classes get fun based speels at 20 but I didnt recieve it at 20. For example the warlocks supposedly have a spell to turn group members into frogs or something like that. Inquisitors have some sort of spell that "forces" repsect from a group memeber. Anyone else heard of these and know where to find them? are they purchase only or quested?

They are purchased on Trainer NPC's that sell 20ish spells/skills. I can't tell you the specific locations of these vendors, I can just say I bought my Paladin mount in North Qeynos just south of the Eldaar Grove zone. Chances are if they sell your spells/skills, and not the low level ones, they'll sell your fun spell :)
