Help please can't find the notice boardFollow

Could someone please tell me where I might find the notice board that shows you how many of what creature you've killed. I was reading a thread yesterday which told you, but my PC crashed and I didn't write it down.
I'm in Freeport atm but I know there's also one in Qeynos

I can't tell you where the Freeport one is but the one in Qeynos I found last night. Walk from the Antonica entrance in N Qeyos towards the Claymore. ON your right are two posts. The seconf one has the poster on.
