guild questionFollow

ok i helped start a guild last night and was picked to be one of the starting officers. my question are about the guild writ quests.
1)who in freeport do i have to talk to to get some guild writ quests?

2) can the guests be done individually or do you need to have a guild group to complete them?

3) its at 5th lvl right that everyone will be able to see your guild name?
