I was wondering if they really involve the type of damage into the game like in D&D.

Example that I will make more damage to a Skel with Crushing than Piercing damage?

Also, if I use throwing items (Hammers, Daggers, ...etc) Are they all Throwing skills or differently apart from each other? So that I could use dagger and swith to hammer if wanted.

And also, do I only gain skill level up when I level up my class? To some point, you can't use a weapon, is there any way to make yourself use it before you level up?

You can raise your skill with an allowed weapon simply by using it. Once your capped with your primary weapon, try using an secoundary one for a while to raise your skill.

I found my weapon skills cap out very fast so I can keep all of my Crusaders weapons maxed very easily.

Unfortunetly there doesn't seem to have any advantage in damage using the different weapons. When I hunt skellies I've used my staff it does 1-6 dmg and if I use my knife I get 1-2 dmg. These are the listed dmg for each weapon. As a mage I switch weapons depending on which weapon's stats I need more ie: staff for more Dmg or knife for useing extra weapons in secondary slot in my case a book with nice stats =)

It be cool for the fighter types intrested in RPing though if they gave everyone a bonus attack after so much skill in a weapon. This would encourage a little diversty if you only got it once ever and would reward those fighters who specialize in a weapon instead of switching weapons every other lvl just cause of an extra dmg point or stat point in a new droped weapon. ie: Axe skill 70-extra attack doing X dmg over a regular attack.

just my 2cp
