ok Ive heard assasins do a lot of "Burst" damage and I was wondering what thier roles is in a group and how good thier Damage "Burst" or not it
DPS...
From what I've seen, an Assasin does a lot of damage over time with their low delay, dual wield and poison (poison is very important) mixed with some medium burst type damage from positional attacks and the occasional very high burst damage from stealth type attacks.
As far as how good the burst damage is, they have the highest melee hits in the game so far. The higher end damage abilities (stealth) are usually have lengthy timers. The medium ones (positional) have pretty short timers and do pretty respectable damage as well but not nearly the amount of the stealth based attacks.

just one more thing would a Assasin do more Damage in one battle then a Berseker like avg amge of the battle
Loaded question. Depends on who you talk to.
Fact is, nobody really knows because there are no parsers yet. Even with a parser, there's a lot of factors to consider (HO's, how long the fight takes, players gear, players abilities, etc.) which probably mean more than a classes potential.
IMHO, Assassin has a lot more potential for overall damage but I'm sure there's plenty of fighter types here who'd argue. I wouldn't worry so much about it and just play what you think is more fun.
