Question about tradeskill leveling past 9th lvlFollow

I have gotten to 10th lvl in experience, but cannot get to 10th. I heard rumurs that you had to talk to someone in Quynos harbor then make something for them, but can't find that person. I am in queynos and got to 9th in the luminary cashe in starcrest commune. Please help me..I am so lost

Initially I thought this was all you had to do. Upon further investigation some folks say you need to complete a quest for the wholesaler in your crafting instance. Usually this is some forage quest (like forage 15 lead clusters etc).

I had finished one of these before I ever got to lvl 10 so I cannot confirm or deny this. I can say that the quest is easy because you dont actually have to forage anything...merely buy it from a pc and turn them in...counts for the XP and quest reward =)

All you do after this is craft anything that gives XP and you will get your new crafting title.
