Access Quest for Frogloks?Follow

I have been reading about the Quest to Unlock the Froglok's this morning, and I have probably read at least 100 responses as to what different people think will unlock this quest. I have not seen one person mention the Access Quests. I found a book with an eye on the cover in the Down Below. When I look at my Quest List, this book is listed as an Access Quest, the only access quest I have listed. I also have a key which I know unlocks a dungeon in Antonica, but it isn't listed under Access Quests....Could this be the way the Froglok's will be unlocked? By doing the Quest in one of these books? Just My IDEA after reading so many posts on this subject.....What do you think?

When I read the book it mentions the Ratonga's. As the Ratonga's are a new race, and Rats tend to go underground too, maybe this has something to do with the Froglok's also....Just wanted to add this in....I cannot mention word for word what the book describes, as I am at work at the moment...but check it out.

Ok here is what the info on this book says:

I discovered a bound hollow tome in the Down Below. The image on the book is of an eye circled with a band formed of hands. I am intrigued to know more about this symbol. Perhaps it will gain me access to something hidden from Qeynosian life above.

Writing on the book states that ratmen (possibly the bloodsabers of Down Below) Carry information I need. I will hack thru their ranks until I find a clue about this symbol.

Well my reasoning behind this being an Access Quest is because I am aware of Instanced Quests being given out to certain groups with the Keys to unlock the dungeon, but when I got my bronze key,,,it was a mob drop from Antonica.....and will access a dungeon under the Gryffon Tower there....It was not a mob drop in book form....But a Key Drop....
