I'm curious as to what a Guild gets at each level.
Please can ANYONE help me out?
At level 5 people outside of your guild are able to see the name of your guild under your character name. That's all I know. All Hail Feysteel Legion! ; )

Not sure about Freeport, but in qeynos Guild level 5 gets you access to a quest which requires a mini-raid in The Shattered Vale (not exact name).
Raid is a 2-group required (ie you cannot get in with more or less than 12 people) single-instance zone which gets you 3 named mobs, each of which drops an item good for the mid to high teens. Quick, fun 15-20min raid your guild can repeat every 6 days.
One of the mobs is a badger the size of a truck, which is quite funny. Mobs range from blue to white at 19th lvl.
I'm sure Freeport gets something very similar.
