Taunt vs Inflame?Follow

I would imagine that standard Taunt App.1 increaes hate by( this is a quess not fact) maybe 1% hate since you get Inflame at a higher lvl I wouls ASSUME that it would be much more hate increase per use...lets say 2 or 3% at App. 1

which means you would have to use the "Taunt" skill more often then you would have to use the "Inflame" skill in order to keep aggro successfully

hope that helps...but that just my assumtion..NOT fact
