The recipies are in one of the many Advanced Scholar Scrolls books.
They each require either a coral or a silver. Both of which are rare harvests from tier 2 stone.
They frequently cost 1-10gold if you want to buy it from Bazzaar.

Not high enough to scribe those. Was gonna ask someone to make them for me. Anyone know ingredients?

all you want to know about tradeskilling. But the drops need are not only rare, but have the nickname mythical rares. More than likely will be easier to just to check /auction and other selling & buying channels. You can also check your server message board and leave a post about paying for them.

I have 4 Adept3 spells at the moment. The ingredients for lvl 10-19 adept spells are: Cailun paper, maple quill, and Suzuri Ink. The recipe's for the ink and the spells are in the advanced scholar scrolls. I am on Mistmoore server and the average cost for the silver/coral used in the ink is 4gp each.
Occasionally I can find them for as low as 1gp(very rarely) or 2gp (seldom). I believe that 3-4gp is where the price will stick for a while because people know they can get that much if they are willing to wait for the sale. I have spent every dime I have made crafting (lvl 20 scribe) on the purchase of the ingredients for the 4 Adept 3's I have.
On the brite side, they appear to be worth the money. Blaze with app3 was doing @50dam a pop. With Adept3 I am doing @85 a pop against yellow/orange mobs. Even and blue cons I get over 100dam at lvl 15.
If you want the spells and dont want to spend the crafting time be prepared to wait for prices to drop on coral and silver. I cannot sell the spells for the 4gp it costs me to make and the price of the ingredients preclude any kind of mass production for distribution. At this time I only made enough to get me through lvl 20 at which time all the ingredients change again anyway.
