I was wondering if anyone knew where I can find a City Faction Merchant. Supposedly they sell titles and such but I can't find any. By the way I'm in Qeynos.

There is one in the Ironforge Smithy in North Qeynos, and one in the pottery shop in the Eldaar Grove. Those are the two I remember at the moment.
