Fallen Gate Armor QuestFollow

I am a 20 Dirge and trying to find the start to my armor quest. Can someone tell me where it starts? Do I even have one? Other classes I am grouping with are doing theirs, just seems right your friendly neighborhood bard should get one. Thanks.
