well...sorta, for example in sprawl..you hardly find crap, only ores at rare times, and maybe rat dens: this doesnt mean they dont spawn..its just rarer

also graveyard, it always seems to have roots and gardens n exhumed stones to harvest, it nearly has everything and it respawns quickly, but whatever skill you prefer will make u make your decision on where you go

also, sunken ruins, where the freeport raiders or graveyard gate, seems to have lotsa rat dens n roots. hope this helps
