Ok, yeah. I saw a level 20ish guy riding off into the sunset on a horse in Anatonica the other day.
After I resisted the urge to pee in my pants from the glee cause it was such an amazing sight, I spent some time trying to figure out how to aquire such a horse. I'm not finding anything.
Anyone know how I get a horse?

the horse/animal dealer in Qeynos is in South Qeynos by the southern east corner.. to see exactly where it is look at your map while in S. Qeynos the vendor symbol is a horse head. heh but its like 3gold + so.. unless your filthy rich.. Start Savin! >.> i wish i could get a cow then i'd be a wood elf bard on a cow............

Do you know when you buy a horse are you just buying one ride? Or do you buy the horse permanently and can ride anytime you want?

lol sorry dont have enough gold to try.. but if I'm not mistaken what your buying is like a whistle.. it "calls" a stag/horse/animal.. so I hope it gives more then one use
