heya all,
I am trying to locate a vendor that sells ordanary food and drink, is there a vendior in Freeport or is there a vendor loacted say in The commanlands ?. I read that sitting to regen your Power and health is not needed in EQ 2 as it was in EQ 1. However apparently food and drink is vital to regening your health and power pools. So i am running low on food and drink. IS there a skill to either make the stuff or a skill to forage it ? . Any help on the subject would be greatly appreciated 8)

Yes, food and drink makes to regen faster and reduces your "sit" time a ton!
You can buy just plain bread and water from just about any merchant you run into. Also, you can buy higher level foods that are player crafted either from a player who is a cook and/or from the brokers in town.
