I recently got lvl 18 and according to this website I should get the spell breeze... but i haven't.

Any ideas why?

Probably one of those spells that show up randomly at 18.4 or 18.6...A lot the spells seem to pop up when you least expect them.. :)

You get it at lvl 18.6 (60% into lvl)
