I have looked everywhere to upgrade my Shield Bash, Mangle, and such but I can't seem to find a trainer/scribe to upgrade from App1 to App2. I am in Qeynos. Can someone point me in the direction of a trainer/scribe who can teach me these?

I found App2 upgrades in the scribe shop in Starcrest Commune--there's a trainer in there. I don't recall seeing shield bash, but I did get mangle, wild swing, kick, taunt, shout, call to arms, wound and a couple of others.

I could be mistaken but hey its worth a shot. Just inside graystone to the right is a dwarven trainer that i think has all that you have asked for. Give it a shot.
