I just got a bow drop in Antonica. I'm a lvl 13 warrior at the moment and was unable to equip this bow. My questions are:
When can warriors use a bow?
How am I able to equip it, if I am?
Could the bow be to high a lvl for me?
Any other assistance would be welcomed.

Double click it, do the same to a stack of arrows.
Possibly.
Hit 'K' and see if Ranged Attack is listed. If it is, I imagine you can wield a bow. If not..probably not.
