- Can someone point me to the Malachite?
Can someone point me to the Malachite?Follow
I checked everywhere, everywhere, and couldn't find out where "raw malachite" can be mined around Qeynos. Can someone enlighten me, please? T_T
Antonica. Mine the ores around Antonica for the malachite. I am getting turquiose for my quest and I get a lot of malachite out there. I believe you need to be level 40 to mine in Antonica.

I believe you can get malachite in the newbie areas (Peat Bog, Oakmyst Forest, etc.) as well. Most results came from Peat Bog and Forest Ruins. I believe this is so because only recently I was able to start mining out in Antonica, yet I already have close to a stack of malachites.
Forest Ruins doesn't go that high. You only get tin from there. Antonica gives you malachite and electrum. Not sure about Peat Bog. Not once did I find a non-root type spawn.
Edit: Forgot to mention that I never mined in Oakmyst Forest either.

The difference is...the Tier I areas give 'Malachite' and the Tier II areas give 'Raw Malachite'. Antonica is the way to go for the raw stuff....or just buy it from me when I'm in bed....everyone else does :P
