Hrm... Ungodly Rare Drop... I Think? (Help?)Follow

I found a Master I Ice Spike in a drop from a forest warden... I didn't sell it, however... I kept it and scribed it. The spell does scale real well with the damage of my other spells, it out nukes them quite a lot.. but it doesn't make me godly or anything... the difference isn't that great but it is still signifigant in its power. I was very fortunate.
