Where do i get Tradeskills quest...Follow

I just hit 9 and I can't move forward, I know there is a quest to be done, where is the guy who gives it at Qeynos??

You need to see Alfred Ironforge in Qeynos Harbour.

For the Darkies, it is Alethea Augustine in West Freeport.

Or you can look at page 102 and 103 in the manual, in the tradeskill subclass area, it tells you who to seek out ;)
