Question regarding our Customer Support in EQ2Follow

Heya guys I just wanted to have your input on the matter.
Here is what happened:
On friday I had to reset my account password, I did it on the website and a message apeared that new pass has been sent to my mailbox...
I have been waiting since and nothing happened, I tried to contact CSRs but all the ways to contact them are available mondayto friday only ! Which means I cant use my account from friday till monday(if everything goes right)

The question is: do you think we should have at least some CS over the weekend? <----- not whining, just a normal question ;-)

not really

I work in health insurance and we don't provide customer service on weekends past whatevers on our web page.

Whats more imporatant - being able to access your account or making sure the $5,000 emergency room visit is going to be covered?

If we aren't required to be open on saturdays, It obviously must not be a big deal they aren't.

Well maybe it is not but at least they could set up automated service to resend passwords ;-)
