Fighter->Brawler->Bruiser or Fighter->Brawler->Monk are your ninja style,unless you want stealth and ranged weapons. For that go with Scout->Predator->Assassin.

I'm not sure what a dragoon is. Perhaps Scout->Rogue->Brigand.
